The Elwood Teachers Alliance would like to welcome you to our website, "The Elwood Educator". The purpose of this site will be to offer to the Elwood community the perspective of those of us on the inside of our schools regarding issues and events which arise that may be of interest and concern to us all and to enable regular communication between we, the teaching staff and the community regarding our mutual concerns. We know that there are many sources of information which circulate throughout our community regarding  such items--some more reliable than others. We offer to you an inside look that goes beyond merely philosophizing and tries to provide you with information from those who deal with the realities of these issues on a daily basis.
